To secure your appointment, we require a 25% deposit for Microneedling and Laser Treatments (including MOXI and BBL). This deposit reserves dedicated time and resources just for you and allows our team to prepare thoroughly for your visit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For injectable appointments such as Botox, Dysport, and Dermal Fillers, as well as any Wellness or Facial appointments, any cancellations 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

We understand that unexpected scheduling conflicts can arise, and if we are able to accommodate you by rescheduling on the same day, we are happy to waive the cancellation fee.
