At Meg Fox Aesthetics, we take great pride in the quality of our treatments, services, and skincare products. Due to the nature of aesthetic services and skincare, all sales are final. This includes:
- Injectable treatments
- Laser and facial services
- Prepaid packages or series
- Skincare and retail products
No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. We encourage all clients to ask questions and consult with our team before making a purchase to ensure you are fully informed and confident in your decisions.
If you have any concerns following a service or product purchase, please contact us directly. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities, and we are happy to address any issues or provide support when possible.
Online Return Policy
At Meg Fox Aesthetics, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer and are committed to providing an exceptional experience both in-office and online.
Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare and to ensure product integrity and safety, all online purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@megfoxaesthetics.com
To process your request, include:
- Order number
- Photo of the item and packaging
- Brief description of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Returns & Exchanges (Online Orders Only)
In select cases we may accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Product must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging
- Return must be approved in advance by our team
Approved returns will be issued as:
Store credit only (no refunds to original payment method)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged
