Hyperdilute Radiesse
Skin renewal across 5 distinct measures of skin health
Support
Replenishing Collagen Type I provides the skin with strength and resilience that it needs.
Structure
Collagen Type III creates an organized structure within your skin, like the scaffolding that supports your tissue.
Elasticity
Regenerating Elastin inside the skin restures youthful "bounce" and recoil to combat age-related sagging.
Glow
Proteoglycans are protiens that help skin hold onto moisture, supporting a plump, hydrated glow.
Nourish
Angiogenisis is the process through which Radiesse generates new blood flow to nourish skin tissue.
What is the Treatment Timeline?
Downtime is minimal. You may notice some swelling, redness, or tenderness at the injection sites, but these typically resolve within a few days. Most patients need a series of 2–3 sessions, spaced about 4–6 weeks apart, for optimal collagen stimulation and natural-looking outcomes.
You will see gradual tightening, improved texture, and a natural subtle outcome with peak results appearing at 4 months.

Frequently asked questions
How does Hyperdilute Radiesse work?
Radiesse is Calcium Hydroxylapatite which is a biostimulator that provides support and long term collagen stimulation. It stimulates collagen I, II, elastin, proteoglycans and angiogenesis.
When will I see results?
Peak collagen will appear at around 4 months, with treatment lasting 12-18 months.
Is there any downtime?
Downtime is minimal. You may notice some swelling, bruising, tenderness or temporary unevenness at the injection sites, but these typically resolve within 5-7 days post injection.
Who is a good candidate for Hyperdilute Radiesse?
Hyperdilute Radiesse is ideal for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity in the neck including loose, crepey skin. In addition, photodamaged skin and patients looking for an improvement of skin quality would be a good candidate.
This would not be a recommended procedure for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, with a history of breast/thyroid/lung or upper thoracic cancer or conditions, or any health conditions requiring ongoing imaging of the upper torso.
Severe skin laxity, neck surgery within the past year, laser or energy device within the past 2 weeks, active skin infection/inflammation of the treatment area or an allergy to CaHa or lidocane would also exclude a patient from being a candidate for this treatment.
Can Hyperdilute Radiesse be combined with other treatments?
Absolutely! Hyperdilute Radiesse pairs beautifully with neuromodulators and hyaluronic acid fillers depending on the treatment area. For more collagen support, adding lasers & microneedling to your treatment plan will enhance your overall results.
